Can I stop Channels DVR as a service

I want to do some maintenance on my Ubuntu build and need to stop running Channels DVR while I do it. Is there a command like systemctl stop xxxx?

Thanks, that is a obvious service name I did not try.

Running systemctl without any options or parameters will give you a list of all loaded unit files, regardless of whether they are currently active.
