Can’t access guide

I lost the ability to view my guide on my Apple TV yesterday. I was viewing the “On Later” section and when I backed out to the guide, it shows nothing. Here’s what I’ve tried so far with no luck in getting it to return.

  • Force Closed App and reopened
  • Checked for latest test flight build
  • Cleared Cache on Apple TV
  • Updated guide
  • Deleted and re-downloaded guide data
  • Removed all but 1 source and tried download again
  • Submitted diagnostics about 10 minutes ago

The guide is working on my other Apple TV’s, not sure what’s going on with this one. It’s the newest Apple TV 64GB.

I just submitted diagnostics after trying everything I could think of.

What do you see on the Guide?

Nothing.

From the Devs:

“From your video, it appears that you have used the setting to turn off the collections on the guide views. These are the filters that show different Channels.

You may have formerly had a collection selected that now has zero channels, and since your collections are turned off, you can't change the filter.

Go to Settings > General > Live TV and turn on Guide Collections and On Now Collections.

See if this solves it.”

This fixed my issue.
