Can’t connect remotely in iOS app

I cannot connect to my DVR remotely from the iOS app. I can get to it fine by going to http://my.channelsdvr.net. When trying in the app I get a page that says Remote Access is enabled but we can not reach your server.

I went to https://portchecker.co/ and port 8089 is open.

Any thoughts?
