Can’t connect to server

So I purchased a new iPhone and after setting it up I try to log onto my channel DVR app. I said that I was at home and put in the IP address, but it repeatedly tells me it cannot find the server. My 2 Apple TVs and my iPad can connect with no problem. With the new phone, I can go to the web page for my server, but not the app. I have uninstalled and restarted the app. I’ve restarted the phone and same thing anybody ever have an issue like this and how did you resolve it?

Try in your iPhone settings then tap the channels app and toggle local network.

I just had this issue on my wife's iPhone today (9/22) but all my other devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Firestick, Android TV) are fine. Just stopped working out of the blue. Been fine for months. Even reinstalling app did not fix the error both on my home network and away. Tried upgrading the server and restarting docker. Also tried to toggle the Local Network switch under settings but still did not work. I ended up installing the Channels for HDHomeRun version from the Apple Store and was able to connect both on my home network and on cellular.

Thank you that was it. Not sure why it was off. Set up the new phone using a backup from the old phone. Thanks again
