Can you use more than one TVE provider?

I have Philo as my source but we've added Hulu with Live TV for college football season. Do I need to disable Philo as a source and then add Hulu or could I use both?

I'm using YouTube TV and added Sling for NFL Redzone. Works great, matching channels only show the priority listing, not duplicated in guide.
