For about a week now we cannot get any Channels. Error message on all channels is Connection Lost, DVR server had a problem. Tuner unreachable. We watch it in a different location than the server. Usually there are some channels we get this message, but now every channel has this message.
It sounds like your tuner (Probably HDHomeRun) is offline or changed IP address.
Have you tried rebooting the server?
Are these HDHR units or M3Us?
The server is in another state at our winter home. We use an old pc for the server. I could have our house watcher restart the pc. Would that help? Also, we only get some of the channels in the guide. Local channels we can never get and several other channels we get the same error message that the server cannot be reached. For about a week now we are getting no channels at all. Thank you for your suggestions on troubleshooting.
You probably need a remote way to get into the console. Without hands on troubleshooting and logs, its like asking the Dr over the phone "why does my arm hurt?". Could be 50 different reasons why it hurts.
