I am not able to add a Source, Custom Channels

The URL that you are trying to use is for non-legal iptv.
Channels won't be able to handle the large playlist. You wil need a playlist manager or editor to break down the streams and sort for use in channels.
The use of iptv in Channels isn't supported on the forum.
