What happens when you hit cancel on getchannels.com/account

I'm not the OP, but I have the same question. Maybe it's obvious to someone else, but it's ambiguous to me. Maybe I was told about this when I signed up. Dunno.

When I go to getchannels.com/account, I see my account details and a button to reactivate my (yearly) subscription. My credit card is still on file (there's an option to update it, but I couldn't figure out how to remove it). I don't know if my subscription will automatically renew when it expires or not. Some explanatory text on that page would go a long way to clarifying this.

If it shows Reactivate that means you already cancelled, and it will not renew unless you click that button. You can also click it, and then cancel again right away.

Thanks. That's just the info I was looking for. (I didn't want to experiment with clicking "Reactivate" because, you know .... :slight_smile: )
