Cannot get Dish to be re entered as a source

Been at this all day with no success..I either get a auth timeout error or Im gettting this one

Post https://sp.auth.adobe.com/adobe-services/session: dial tcp 35.161.13.203:443: connectex: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

I can log into separate channel logins with my credentials like Paramount Network , but no go to get Dish back on my server..using current server software also

You're running some type of firewall software which is preventing the dvr from accessing the internet

Using Norton 360 and have been for months with no problem until now

Didn't you make changes to it recently?

Yes and I got it to work but now this problem has popped up

The rules you have set up are not allowing the dvr to connect to the internet.

What does it show on http://192.168.1.19:8089/admin/troubleshoot

What rules should I be using then? I just disabled the firewall and now I can connect..Is the server software conflicting with Norton 360?

Ok will try that...also NFL Network is giving me this when I try to manually rescan it
