Cannot get live tv on channels dvr

I have used Channels DVR for several years. About 10 days ago I got a new basic computer to use for TV/recording exclusively. It has worked fine, watching TV and recording. However, today I cannot watch live tv. I have the normal Channels screens including live TV listings. When I select a channel to watch, I do not get a picture, just the spinning circle. I can view the line ups, and I can record a show in the future (and watch the recording). Troubleshooting does not identify and problems.

I have 2 HDHomeRun tuners. I have HDHomerun dvr .... this works fine, can watch live tv and record. I have Charter Spectrum TV service, it works fine, able to watch live TV.

I have submitted a Log to Channels. I am using Apple TV's.

On the Apple TV inside Channels, does changing this setting make any difference

Settings > Playback > Advanced > Tuner Sharing

sounded like a good suggestion, but did not make a difference. Thanks for the suggestion.
