I had to restore from a Time Machine backup last night and today Channels doesn't show it is running in the menu bar and when trying to access it in safari, it doesn't find it. When going to try to install Channels DVR again it says it is running. Not sure what to do here.
Can you uninstall first from the installer?

Go ahead and uninstall/reinstall. Then select the Restore Wizard link (or http://127.0.0.1:8089/restore)
