Cannot regenerate video index if file on secondary location?

The message is correct because I store that file on secondary location but why server does not search for it when trying to regenerate index and re-check commercials? Should I regenerate whole database?

It must not be in the secondary location if it cannot be found

I''ll investigate further cases and let you know. I don't know what happened but after my computer made kernel panic and force rebooted I have now only one show in comskip folder, rest is gone :frowning:
