I have several recordings and passes setup with my Channels DVR which is setup on my MacBook Air. Now, I cannot find where to setup a new recording. When I tap on a future show in the Guide, no buttons are displayed any more. I have the latest version of Channels in my iPad.
It sounds like the app did not connect to your DVR correctly. Try restarting the app by clicking Home button twice and swiping up on Channels.
After you restart the app, do you see a DVR and Recordings tab shown?
I am now having the same issue. I can no longer record from the Apple TV app or from any iOS device. On my Mac Mini that hosts the DVR software I can record.
I did have Little Snitch installed, but I have uninstalled it.
Restarting the iOS app does not help.
Please submit diagnostics from the bottom of the Settings tab.
I figured it out. I had to associate my new HD-EXTEND that I received today with the DVR in the server settings and now it works.
