Cannot sign on to to Philo. Support stopped supporting

After several Philo channel went missing and after trying to resync Philo Channels. I deleted Philo and tried to reinstall.
During the signon process after clicking on the button in the confirming email and then on the button on a Philo webpage asking me to confirm my request to sign on, I get another Philo webpage saying "sign-on was successful" but when I go back to my Get Channel DVR page there is a pop up window that first says . "verifying sign-on" but after about 30 seconds, it changes and says "Context Canceled" without connecting.

I contacted support and had a dialog going with Aman who asked for my logs and for the version of my Synology DVR (DSM 7.1-42661) .
But since sending him that information 6/14, I have heard nothing back.
Since I cannot get support from Get Channels, I am wondering if anyone in the community has had this problem. I do not see anything, which is why I started with Get Channels support.

Also, does anyone know what happed to support. I Aman OK? Is he the only one there?

The context cancelled error indicates some sort of OS level issue in this case. Others on DSM7 are not experiencing this so I'm not sure what to suggest to you.

I guess you could try installing within docker instead via Container Station.

Thank you for the reply,
Philo in Channels had been running in the Synology OS for over two years with no issues. The only time I have seen this message is when I tried to re-install. Playon is still working fine.
Can you point me to a tutorial on how to install in Docker

I've had this Philo issue myself as it happens every month or so. Windows 10 machine. First the Discovery Channels don't work, so I try to scan again and get the context cancelled message every time. So I delete and re-add. Still, context cancelled, NO channels working. My solve: I delete Philo as a service. I do a complete clean up of ALL browsers, including cookies, run ipconfig / flushdns, ipconfig / registerdns, ipcconfig/ release, ipconfig / renew, netsh winsock reset. Then reboot. Might be overkill, and I'm not sure what fixes the issue with this process, but then I can add Philo back in. It's as if some old conflicting information ends up in a cache or browser or something that's causing an issue with Philo rescans unless I do this clean up. Fortunately Channels REMEMBERS all of my scheduled recordings on Philo through this entire process.
