Cannot start DVR

Not sure if I am doing something incorrectly, but after I subscribed to the service AND installed the dvr software on MacOS I CANNOT click in the box to “Enable DVR”. Everything else appears to have installed correctly. Am I missing a step???

Can you check the Log tab to see if there are any errors shown?

Usually this happens if the path you selected for recordings is invalid, or has incorrect permissions and the DVR is unable to create files there.

What happens when you click to enable DVR? What is your Recordings path set to?
