I have tried on my phone as well and still unable to subscribe. My phone is an iOS and tried both Safari and Chrome.

Doesn't work on WiFi or LTE.
On a desktop PC if you try it, does the browser JavaScript console show any error messages when you click the button?
To open the developer console window on Chrome , use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl Shift J (on Windows) or Ctrl Option J (on Mac). Alternatively, you can use the Chrome menu in the browser window, select the option "More Tools," and then select "Developer Tools."
