Cannot verify comcast with TVE

I get this error: no login form found when I try to add Xfinity.
It was working fine until yesterday. When I could not access any Comcast channels, I removed Xfinity and not I cannot add it back.

Click Support > Submit Diagnostics and email support

Update:
When I go to My Account and select Your DVR, then click on dvr shield and complete the setup I am able to add and Verify Xfinity.

There is no listing for my PC server, only the Shield server.

Update: I tried several times a day to Verify with Xfinity since my first post. Today I was successful.
