Can't Access DVR from Chrome Browser

For some reason I can no longer connect to my Channels DVR server from my laptop using my Chrome browser. My DVR is a Mac Mini connected to my router via an Ethernet cable and my laptop is a Macbook Pro connected via wireless. The DVR seems to be working fine and I can connect using the Safari browser.

When I try and connect using Chrome I get this: http://192.168.1.88:8089/admin/settings is unreachable

I have searched and cannot find out what has changed. I do know that my laptop was upgraded to MacOS 15.2 recently and Chrome updated a day or two ago.

Under Settings/Privacy & Security/Local Network, Google Chrome is enabled but for some reason shows up 9 times. I rebooted everything numerous times to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could it be the new OS update permissions regarding the local network maybe?

By any chance do you have a VPN installed on either system? Tailscale for example.

Just to follow up on this subject, it appears that this is a known software bug that showed up with macOS 15.x and no one seems real interested in figuring out if the problem is with macOS or Chrome and how to fix it.
I have also tried the Firefox browser and it seems to work okay as does Safari, so I'll use one of those until the software gets fixed or maybe just abandon Chrome, but it's hard to break a 10 year+ habit.
