Everything works fine on shield and android tv. Apple tv says it can't connect to server, but under settings I can see server ip and see recordings. Can't get guide to see live tv channels. Tried updating apple tv and deleting and reinstalling channels app.
Submit diagnostics from the Channels app on the Apple TV. Under Settings > Support > About what version is shown?
