Can't access remotely

I can't access my channels DVR remotely. All the checks are green under the troubleshooting tab in the DVR.

I have a static IP

I've port forwarded 8089 to the static IP. I'm port forwarding for other applications so I know that it works but not for channels.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get this sorted.

Otherwise, it works beautifully within the house.

I’m able to reach your Channels DVR Server instance. So it’s exposed and available and should work. When you say you can’t access it, where in the process is it failing?

Can you load it via https://my.channelsdvr.net?

It works now. Not sure why. Maybe it took a while to propagate. Thanks for checking though.
