Hi all new here posting i have been trying to add philo to channels but it keeps getting stuck at verifying.
Any suggestion?

Can you share the DVR server logs here from when you attempt to add it? Also, if you haven’t already, submitting diagnostics from the DVR server web console would be a good idea as well.
I was able to add Locast but still can't add Philo.

There's some issue on the PC. Do you have another machine you can try on?
Yeah had an issue with the PC had to reformat it and now is working fine Thank you all for the help.
