You're quite welcome. I have recently switched to YouTube TV and have TVE working as a source. I had previously been charged for Hulu, so that account is good for another 2 weeks or so. I'm happy to continue testing the Hulu 2fa until my service runs out.

FWIW, I know that it may be a completely different process for validation for HULU Live - TVE as a source. However, I just was scheduling some recordings through the PlayOn Cloud service. Entering credentials for both Disney+ and Hulu did not require any 6 digit 2fa codes. It was simply prompts for email address and password...that's all. 
Just tried to add Hulu Live TVE source with the new Pre-Release.
Sad to say, it didn't make it very far. I received two duplicate emails with the same six-digit code. I was prompted to enter twice, without receiving another code. Upon the second entry, received this:
This is the same behavior that I am experiencing.
Keeps saying I have wrong password when I try to add source.
Did you try updating to the latest prerelease?

Yes, I always run prerelease and update. Trying on iPad if that makes a difference.

is there a fix for this? I am fully updated and I just can't get Hulu to work with TVE! Hell I struggle to get Channels to even connect a lot of times lately.
Best to move on to another source and ditch hulu

Read the whole thread. Dont hold your breath that it will get any better. Switching caused me to realize just how much hulu live sucked...

The picture quality on TVE is the same no matter the provider. He is talking about the picture quality and tuning speed when using YouTube as a source for linkpi adpt tuning compared to Hulu with linkpi.
I personally haven’t had any Hulu authentication problems lately. All I can suggest when it comes to Hulu is to change your Hulu password then immediately try setting up the source in channels. Too many people have a problem with a couple channels and the immediately nuke the source and are not able to add it back. When a simple password change and rescan of the individual channel would probably fix it.
Did you delete the entire Hulu source?

It seems to be the luck of the draw.
For me, Hulu with Live TV worked on the first try as a TVE source in Channels.
I also tried DirecTV Stream and after trying many times to add it, I was unable to add it as a source.
For Hulu with Live TV, I have it bundled with Disney+ and ESPN+. I don't know if this helps with integration in Channels.

i have the bundle also...I just grabbed the free trial of YouTube TV and have not been able to add that at all!
I don't know whether this matters or not but my Channels DVR is running on Windows 11.
