Read posts and seems this is the way to sync all my devices to the same channel list. However on my server (version 2025.08.01.1845 on Synology) the option to add a new collection is disabled. Searched a bunch but no hits. Suggestions?
You've created the collection(s) first here, yes?
As I checked the support page now I'm confused too, because what's on that page, and what's actually on my CDVR web admin page are different.

Where is the "Channels Collection" setting in the Server Side Only section? I know it used to be there... I've been using Channel Collections since their debut, obviously.
Just trying to help. Other than that, I'm not sure why the "Add Collection" button would be grayed out for you.

You simply need to make them first. They’re managed in their own section of your web admin.
Your screen shot shows where you apply them, not create them.
