Can't add Philo to TV Everywhere

All of my Philo channels were missing from the line up. I deleted Philo as a TV Everywhere provider and I can't add it back. I keep getting this error message:

Get "https://content-us-east-2-fastly-b.www.philo.com/geo": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

Any suggestions? Yes I've already rebooted everything multiple times and verified my internet is fine.

Problem sorted. I ended up having to disable and then re-enable my network adapter. Apparently the box wasn't getting an IP address from my DHCP server.
