I did a fresh install on a Synology Server (Using the DSM 7 package provided on the website). Ingesting the files now, so I started creating Playlists to add to Virtual Channels.
When I create the channels and try to add playlists though, the playlists don't show up. Videos, Video Groups and even empty Collections show up but no playlists. Tried searching for them and still nothing.
Am I missing something?
Updated to the pre-release version to see if that made a difference, it did not.
Then I remembered you can add labels to Playlists. I added one to a playlist then set a Smart Rule for a Virtual Channel to add items with that Label.
Still didn't work 
I'm thinking this issue has to do with the search function in some way. Because playlists can no longer be found in search anywhere in the app.
You're not doing anything wrong.
Ah my apologies, I swore I was able to add them to virtual channels awhile ago. Thanks for the reply!
