Cant be reached remotely

Trying to enable remote access to my Channels DVR to test something over mobile.

However, i get the Can not be reached. Remote acces is enabled...etc.

I have confirmed port 8089 is open via my router and via an online port scanner.

What internet provider are you using to access your server? I am unable to access my remote server with at&t wireless, but it works fine with other internet providers. There must be some type of routing issue on their end.

That didn't seem to matter in my case. It has been very long time since i had enabled the setting, and with talk on here about the devs having to reset something/move to something else on their end for remote access, figured it did not work until they did that for my account.

Anyway, got up today and it is working.

I have 2 phone, an iPhone on Visible (VZW) and a Android on T-Mobile Prepaid.
Neither one of them could connect to the DVR on LTE last night.
Works fine this morning.
