Hi, I'm a noob, so if I'm doing this wrong I apologize. Anyway, here's my issue.
I was doing the initial DVR setup and selected an external drive to store my recordings. It asked for administrator approval and I suddenly realized I wasn't sure which drive I had selected, so I canceled the approval to check. Now when I try to select that drive, I get a message that says Error: no write permissions on dvr directory
I would give it permission if I knew how, but I can't seem to trigger that function. I'm on a Mac and I'm not highly technical, so if you're kind enough to reply, please type slowly and use small words. LOL. Thanks.
