Can't Connect to Channels DVR

First and foremost I'm not crazy! Now that's taken care of, my server is http://172.16.0.45:8089; I confirm on my QNAP Channel QPK is install and when I open it.
I can see the following: http://172.16.0.45:8089/admin/settings/status.
Channels Version 2024.02.08.0626
OS: QNAQP TS-253D (Linux QTS) 5.1.4.

I have three clients:
Bedroom TV: FireTV 7.1.2 with Channels v4.6.6. (Working as normal)
Office Fire Stick: FireTV Stick 7.1.2 with Channels v4.6.6 (not seeing 172.16.0.45 Channel DVR Server)
Main TV: FireTV 5.1.1. with Channels Beta v410190044 (not seeing 172.16.0.45 Channel DVR Server)

I have repeatedly tried "At Home" adding the Channel DVR Server IP address of "172.16.0.45" to no avail. I'm at wits end on this?

Office Fire Stick finally found the Channel DVR Server; I will check the Main TV after this thing called work lets me.

Dump your cache.
Restart the Firestick.

Clarity, "dump the cache"; I assume you me the app "Channels DVR" on the device, correct?

Settings>Applications>Manage Installed>Channels DVT>Clear Cache
