Is this happening on your client or the Channels DVR server? If client, what is the client? Were you trying to view the guide or configure the guide souce when this happened?
Thanks for the reply. This is on the DVR server. The clients are fine. The Server uses HDHomeRun and when I input the ZIP code to download guide information, I get this error message.
It used to work
When it quit working I reinstalled the server. MacOS is up-to-date
That's very strange. I wonder if it's simply a server down. Have you tried again today?
