I've tried to restart the service in Linux a few times, and toggled remote access and seems stuck with the spinning cursor on Requesting HTTP Cert.

Any ideas?

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue on Mac.

Please try turning off remote access then re-enable after a minute.

Same thing.

After refreshing the browser it worked, thanks for your help!!

I'm having a similar problem, the remote access link is not working even though it shows no errors in the log. I've tried the suggested work-around of turning it off for a minute or so and enabling it back on. I can confirm port 8090 is reachable from the internet (tested via CanYouSeeMyPort). I did reinstall the server two weeks ago as I was moving to a new server but it hasn't work.

Please help

Try disable reenable now

Thanks, that helped to get access but the cert is still working for me.

Try turning off the DVR via the Synology apps interface, then back on

Done, but now it's not finding my IP, can you help?

Try my.channelsdvr.net from a phone on LTE. It seems to be set up just fine, and probably your router is not letting it load while you're at home.
