Are you selecting At Home? What IP did you enter?

I am selecting "AT Home"
The IP address is is listed in the box and I just accept that

That is a placeholder example IP. You have to enter the IP of your DVR.

Did you install the dvr server on a PC or NAS?

I have tried re-entering this IP but I receive the same results
