Can't get rid of some local OTA channels

I've disabled these channels in HDHomeRun flex 4K webpage, in the Channels webpage for the server and also in the Channels Client setup. Have rebooted and re-downloaded the lineups but these and a few others still persist. I'm not having this issue with my TVE channels. Any suggestions?

TVE provider = Sling TV
Software = latest beta installed on Ubuntu
Client = Nvidia Shield Pro 2k19

Disabled in HDHomeRun:

But they still show up in the Client guide "All".

Thank you but it didn't work for me.
I ran these three options but still have those disabled channels showing up.

Try closing the channels app on the shield and relaunch.

I rebooted the Shield but the channels are still there. I think tomorrow I'll try removing the HDHomeRun as a source and then re-install it to see if that helps.

Well, you can't "remove" HDHomeRun. So, I just disconnected it from the network and then rebooted Shield & the Channels Server so it didn't show up. Then, I put it back on the network. But I still see those channels. No big deal, I'll be removing the "All Channels" soon anyways.

Did you try Stopping the APP Clearing the storage data of the Channels APP on the Shield ?
