Can't load on now or guide remotely

These don’t seem to work remotely, they just spin indefinitely. Is there any easy to delete the guide data and repopulate (QNAP)?

Hmm, works locally but not remotely? Or you’re remote now so not sure if it’s working at home?

You can click the refresh icon next to the guide provider to refetch missing data.

nevermind not fixed, settings menu saying 0 channels hdhomerun saying normal channels

Ok when I opened apple tv it was not working, but i added tuner and tv works. Online interface shows this still:
HDHomeRun PRIME (1321E9A7)
0 channels on 192.168.0.100

Click on the dropdown gear and hit Scan Network. It should refresh the channels for your HDHR.
