I lost all access to YTTV today thru TVE and all attempts to log back in fail with the NBC captcha. Why is channels still trying to scan NBC channels when they are no longer supported? Unless I can get YTTV to authenticate then I am done with Channels as it would serve no more purpose.

I successfully scanned YTTV by creating a family account under a new email address, disabling 2-factor authentication, and using that new address as the Channels DVR login account name.
That is how I always did it. Now it does not work. Created a new account last night and it still will not work.
I have created yet a third "family member" YTTV account. Cleared all cache, logged into NBC using the new YTTV family account. Logged into Channels using https on Chrome and into NBC at the same time and still I can't authenticate. NBC fails every time with a captcha picture.
About 100 attempts later YTTV is authenticating now. So messed up I have to keep going thru this. Thanks NBC for being such a PIA. (says a former ABC employee)
Authenticating very slow. Some channels do not authenticate. Running the scan again because about 20 channels did not work.
Well that was short lived. NBC back to giving me the captcha.

Same situation for me. I’ve had to temporarily subscribe to Philo just to get some of my basic channels back missing from YTTV. It’s been said that this usually fixes itself over time, however it’s been weeks for me and I’m still getting the captcha. I sure hope the devs are working on some sort of work around to this issue as it seems to be effecting more people…
