Can't open Channels DVR app on my Synology in Win 11

Hi

I connect to the NAS then go to package center installed apps. On Win 10 the app opens fine but on win 11 I only get the following screen

Can't reach this page alan5238.us1.quickconnect.to

I've looked through posts and disabled my signup option using my fingerprint but did not work. Don't know where to go next

Does it work at home using the internal IP address of your NAS?

try the direct IP to the service. under the package center it will show the channels app, open that and will show a page including the url

looks like quickconnect isnt pointing to the right place. Control Panel > QuickConnect > General to check your QuickConnect ID.

Once again thanks for all your help!

I'm a bit out of my depth here.

I did some more looking at other posts and trying things and now see that the difference seems to be when I use win 11 and edge trying to open channels with https it does not open.

If I use firefox it shows striked out lock and then opens.

Same happens when I use win 11 and ip address in url in edge.

Should I be concerned that access is http and not https and should I do anything to change this?
