Can't play Virtual Channels remotely

When using my.channelsdvr.net, my Virtual Channels are visible in the Guide but when I open a program there are no controls in the popup window. It shows the metadata correctly, but there is no control bar at the bottom of the popup. I can't find any mention of Virtual Channels being restricted when accessing remotely. Is this a known limitation? If not, any ideas what could be wrong?

Some notes:

  • Virtual Channels work fine locally
  • Other than this issue, remote access works fine
  • From the Library, I can play the individual programs in a Virtual Channel

Virtual Channels are "client" based viewing. Can't watch via web, only through the client app. I asked the same question and was educated on the topic about 6 months ago, only reason I know. :wink:
