Can't play anything back I recorded over 2 weeks ago. Even things I've watched before. Tried on Android, get a playback error or Apple TV it just crashes.
I've experienced some weird playback issues in the past. Restarting the server and/or client typically fixes the issue for me. Not sure what your issue might be. Might be time to look at the logs.
Can you clarify what you mean by "crashes" on the Apple TV? Are you sent back to the Apple TV home screen?

Could you submit a diagnostic log after this happens?
Also, if you could email us your DVR server logs after it happens that would be helpful in identifying the situation as well.
Ok. I think I screwed up. I don't know how but I created a separate tv folder that has random shows and episodes. I guess I have to move each episode back one by one.
