Can't see full screen

Channels Apple TV Troubleshooting

Apple TV with channels, all of a sudden only see lower left corner of image (maybe 1/3 the scene). Looks fine on desktop; looks fine when mirroring desktop to tv; but not through apple tv. ???

Two things to try:

  1. On ATV remote, double click Home button, position on Channels screen, then flick up on trackpad to end Channels.

Or

  1. On ATV remote: Settings, System, Restart (ATV4)

Sounds like maybe you updated to tvOS 10, but you don’t have the latest version of Channels installed. Try upgrading from the App Store.

yep, it was tvOS. reinstalled channels, & working now. thanks…
