I haven't been able to use Channels away from home for at least the past 2-3 weeks. When I try to reconnect (Connect At Home dialog box), my IP address is not accepted. Can you please help me reconnect? Thanks.
When connecting while away from home, you use the Away From Home option. You can’t enter use the At Home option and your IP while you are off of your home network.

Thanks for your reply. I tried it again using the Away From Home option while off my home network and I was able to access the login screen. I then logged in and am now able to use Channels away from home. Problem solved.
