Can't watch any channels

Hi I'm running windows on my PC I have my playlist for my IPTV service uploaded no problem
My server is installed on my PC when I click to watch something I get same message on all my devices!
{Connection lost Streaming to the tuner failed press play to try again}
I'm using my android phone and Niveda shield besides my PC message pops up connection lost no matter what device I'm trying it on all it does is buffer, the same playlist works fine on my Niveda shield through a App on my smart TV! Can someone please help otherwise service is useless to me will be unsubscribing!....................Thanks eveeryone

You have to look in the Channels DVR log to see what errors there are when you try to watch something.
Connection lost displays on your client device, but the DVR log gives more information as to why you see that error.

It appears you are using a third party source via Custom Channels. This source looks like it is from an IPTV provider.

IPTV providers notoriously oversell and under provision their servers, leading to a lot of latency and bandwidth issues. If you are seeing drop outs, it means that your stream has hit our internal 12 second time out. This means it has not received any data for 12 seconds.

As you can imagine, not receiving any video in over 12 seconds is not very conducive for live TV or streaming. You may want to look into getting another provider.
