Can't watch shows from another laptop

I am able to access from iOS and Android as well as view shows on the server laptop, but when I try to access from another laptop in the same house it isn't working. It was working fine yesterday. Already tried rebooting everything and using multiple browsers. Any ideas? Error message below, but I replaced the characters at the beginning of the URL with __________ since I don't know if that is a unique ID that I shouldn't be posting publicly for security? Thanks

It’s likely that your router is incable of routing traffic out, and back in, to your network. This is not uncommon.

When at home, just access your Channels DVR Server via its local IP address instead.

is that the IP address that is shown at the top of the iOS/Android app Settings page (Channels DVR Connected: ###.###.0.###)? I also tried that without success

Yes that plus add :8089 at the end.

For example mine below would be 192.168.1.152:8089

Also, if it's a private IP address, you can post it since it's not reachable from the Internet. What Is a Private IP Address?
