Same here.
My recording was the first hour of the 90 minute long 60 Minutes show.
zap2it still shows Tracker as airing at 7:30pm Pacific yesterday and shows it next Sunday at 7pm (should be 8pm).
I changed my Tracker pass to record CBS on Sunday 7pm, Sunday 8pm, Sunday 9pm.
Channel == 713
Time CONTAINS Sunday 7pm
Time CONTAINS Sunday 8pm
Time CONTAINS Sunday 9pm

I recorded about 10 minutes of football and then 60 minutes. I have my pass set to record 60 minutes beyond the scheduled end due to the frequent sports delays. It may be different in your time zone.

I'm guessing tonight's episode will air at 8pm ET/PT.
CBS says 8pm
the FUTON CRITIC says 8pm I like their listing
next episode says 8pm

For my CBS station
zap2it says 7pm.
HDHR app says 7pm.
Channels DVR says 7pm.
All other online TV Schedules say 7pm.

UPDATE: Tracker has been recording since 7pm PT. So Gracenote was correct for my CBS station on this episode.

According to the FUTON CRITIC it's 9pm for 12/01
CDVR says 7:30pm (must think I'm in a weird time zone?)
I'm guessing the Season Finale will air 12/01 9pm ET/8:30pm PT

Did a little searching and found the authoritative source for the airing times.

Season Finale Sunday, December 1st 9:00 PM ET/PT

I still think it will air 9:00 PM ET/8:30 PM PT

One of the reasons I have multiple HDHR Primes and HDHR Quatros. I add time to almost everything I record and having multiple tuners helps a lot.

I have 2 Primes and 3 4 tuner connects ... What I do is record everything but news off the main broadcast channels during Prime time 8 - 11pm with a original date greater than 2023. That way I do not have to set separate passes. So tuners is not a problem.

So I never miss anything new and do not have to worry about setting new passes. That way everyone in my household gets to watch what they want during PrimeTime.
