Are you able to watch via CBS Live TV Stream ? It should prompt you for your DirecTV credentials. If you are able to watch on the website, then likely some technical issue either between DTV and CBS or CBS and it's affiliate content.
I can confirm I was just able to login and watch via TVE using my Fubo credetials.
Yes I am able to at cbs live site. I checked if it was working and it is.

So it's not an issue with your credentials and DTV. Have you tried to rescan the channels under your source?
Also, what is your ISP? I've noticed my Mom's CBS station will periodically bounce from Orlando to Jacksonville on the TVE source (she uses TMobile 5G Home Internet) and I think occasionally the IP address changes and the geo fence picks up a different market than originally when the channel scanned. Same thing, she uses an antenna for primary CBS watching (located in Gainesville), but occasionally she wants to watch the local news from that station as the CBS in her hometown axed their news division.
It's not my ISP. I have sonic which is one of. the few independent ISP out there. I also worked for them and was able to verify there is no packet prioritization going on. And I use NextDNS as my DNS server.
I think it has to do with the GetChannels version. I regressed it and was able to get CBS to work with TVE again. v2025.09.18.0418 works. Maybe the latest update will also work. I will try later.

As of last nite (09/25/25), I am also having the same problem of NOT accessing WCBS through Channels as TV Everywhere as my source - "stream-info failure" with Optimum being my ISP provider. I performed a full rescan which did not fix the situation. I went to CBS.COM and was able to access the live stream noting that Optimum was my provider. All the channels/stations in my Optimum package were authorized except WCBS. Are there any other rabbit holes to explore to fix the access problem?

Also I was primarily using Brave and had problems with the location permissions. Then went over to Firefox the problem resolved and also picked up my FOX5NY station in the process.
