I can't update my subscription from yearly to monthly. anyone know how?
You can change your plan on your account page at Channels — Channels Account
Click the change plan button. Your plan will only change to monthly after your yearly plan is complete, as, it is a yearly plan.
If you’re still in your first 30 days of trial, you can change right away.
