Changed ISP and thus new IP address, ATV4k clients don't find server

I moved and have changed ISP. The box I have ChannlsDVR server running on has a new IP address. None of my ATV4k clients can find the server. I've manually typed in the IP address, no luck.

Do you have the option with your new router to define the IP address range of your local network?

If so, change it to match what you used at the old house and assign a static IP address to your server.

I don't think so. This is starlink, and though I see an option to "Enable Custom DNS" it also gives an error about this router not being associated with my account, so I can't enable it...strange...different problem for me to troubleshoot. I did however try removing the app from one of the ATV4k boxes, then reinstalling it. Still doesn't find the server. :frowning:

In the dvr web ui go to settings > general > under general settings toggle off network discovery and toggle off server enabled. Then toggle enable server back on and toggle network discovery back on. Hopefully your clients will connect then.
