Changed Spectrum plan and rescanned channels but lineup didn't update fully

Changed spectrum plan to Choice and tried removing and re-adding spectrum as a source. I can tell it removed most of the channels no longer included in the plan correctly, but some I no longer have are lingering. Also a few channels that I had on both plans aren't showing up after a rescan. Channels I removed like SoccerPlus and Deportes show up in channelsDVR and will actually stream when they arent even available on the official spectrum app to me anymore. And channels like TVLand and hallmark which are available to me on the official Spectrum app aren't being scanned in channels DVR.

Any ideas on what's happening?

Sometimes when adding a TVE source, not all channels get authorized.
Try individually rescanning the missing channels using the Rescan Channels option described here under Resolving Authorization Errors Channels Support - TV Everywhere Troubleshooting
