Hi, how do I change dates in the TV guide ?
I thought would be the calendar icon but that seems to be for 'on later' which I don't have any interest in it recording things I may like.
All I'm trying todo is move the guide a few days forward but appears I just have to scroll.
Anyway todo this ?

As you've found, just scroll. There is currently no way to "jump" forward in the guide.
There’s many better ways to find things you want to record than using the guide in the future.
Don’t be afraid to use search, or if you’re looking to browse movies on a certain channel, click the channel icon in the guide to browse the shows and movies that air on just that channel.
These will give you a much better experience than just scrolling through the guide.
Thanks, probably not this time though as I specifically wanted a local news broadcast at 6.30pm next Monday

As a newbie, I’m also surprised by this.
Search isn’t always better when you know what you want.
If I go to McDonalds and know I want a BigMac, why do I need to search their menu board to see it listed?
Plus, Channels already has the data in the guide.
TiVO — still the gold standard for DVR UI after all these years — goes to great lengths to make it possible to quickly scroll the guide by day.
Is this something that could be added to the backlog?
