Changing tuner priority didn’t change which channel picked

I have a season pass that records a program on a cable channel, that has been working perfectly for years.

I added a ATSC3 tuner and set it as higher priority.

I expected the program to record from ATSC3 tuner.
It used the cable channel instead.

There was nothing in the log that indicated issues that I could see.

Is this expected behavior?

Favorited channels on the dvr take priority. Also you need latest HDHR firmware so the atsc3 channels are marked as HD, because HD will take priority for recording.

Thank you it was the faves issue, tapped the heart against those ATSC3 channels and the channel order shown on the right in schedule changed to what I expected.
