Love channels DVR! I'm trying to edit an existing channel collection via clients menu. I see the 3 lines where I should be able to click and edit, but they are inactive. Tried with both Chrome and Edge browsers. Any suggestions?
You don't edit them there, you edit them under Live TV >>> Channel Collections.
These are for dragging the item up and down and changing their position.
