This is really a minor issue. I have found that if I
- Create Channel Collection (called Primary in this example)
- Then set the global client settings to remove the "Show All Channels Collection"
- Add Primary as the default global channel collection
- Install Channels on an iOS device
It shows "All Channels" on startup. Once I select Primary from the Guide Collections dropdown, then the option for "All Channels" is gone and I just have the Primary guide as expected.
This configuration works as expected on my Apple TVs where on install, Primary is the only collection shown.
